Richard-Mandell-HeadshotAttorney Emeritus Richard Mandell is a former Child Support Magistrate and is one of the most highly respected divorce mediators in the state. He has been the prime mover in Orange County with regard to innovative programs for divorce and separating parents for the last thirty years. He started the Dispute Resolution Center in Orange and Sullivan Counties. He wrote statewide training manuals for mediators on custody and visitation issues and he organized the first educational program in Orange County for parents going through custody disputes and then lectured in the PEACE Program and the Parents Apart program since the mid-nineties.
